Lindsay has her B.S. in Exercise Science and her M.S. in Health Science Education from the University Of Central Florida. Lindsay worked for Orlando Regional Healthcare System in downtown Orlando for ten years as an Exercise Physiologist and later as a Health Educator. In 2000, she relocated to Indialantic with her husband and two boys. She continues to stay personally and professionally connected to fitness by teaching various classes in the community. Lindsay is also Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certified and teaches swim lessons to children and adults. Lindsay began training for triathlons in college and did her first sprint in 1986. She enjoys training for triathlons as a way to stay fit and to cross train as well as to keep a more balanced fitness program. Lindsay loves working with people at any fitness level to help them stay motivated, focused and to find a passion for exercise.
