Sprint Distance Program - A 9-week program recommended for 1st-timers. Should have experience in at least 1 of the 3 sports and be able to swim 100 yards without stopping. Fat Tire or Road Bikes. Cost: $245 plus Annual USAT & race registration.
Training begins on Sunday, August 3rd – 25 slots available
Olympic Distance Program - A 12- week program for experienced and newer triathletes.
Should have completed at least one sprint distance triathlon. Recommended pre-camp
weekly mileage:
at least 10 miles/week running, 1 outdoor bike ride of 20 miles
or more, and 2 swims of at least 750 yards)
Cost: $290 plus Annual USAT & race registration ($250 for returning athletes)
“No Pool” Option- $130; Weekends Only - $75
Training begins Saturday, July 12th – 25 slots available
** Refunds must be requested in writing within 14
days from start of training camp.
Both programs include 4-5 coached
